The Five year Course has been divided in to 10 semesters and 3 year course has been divided into 6 semesters. Institution offers LL.M. course in 2 streams Constitution & Criminal .The course has been laid down on the basis of instructions issued by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi and adopted by the Rani Durgawati University, Jabalpur.

Eligibility – Unreserved- Minimum 45 % Marks In 10+2 Exams. Reserved (SC/ST) – Minimum 40% Marks In 10+2 Exams.). 
LL.B.(HONS.) ( 3 YDC)
Eligibility – Unreserved- Minimum 45 % Marks In Graduation Reserved (SC/ST) – Minimum 40% In Marks Graduation
LL.M.( 2 YDC)
Eligibility – Unreserved- Minimum 55 % Marks In LL.B. Reserved (SC/ST) – Minimum 50% Marks In LL.B.
